Terms & Conditions


1. Hiring commences from the time the limousine arrives at the pick up point and ends when it returns to the last drop off. The Company aims to pick up at the designated booking time. If however the vehicle arrives late due to circumstances beyond its control, then the hire commences from the arrival time. Please note all pick up times are approximate. The Company accepts no responsibility, neither can it be held liable in any way whatsoever, for any delays howsoever caused.

2. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £100 or 50-75% if booking a package. Details of your credit card will be taken at the time of booking. All known charges are payable in full before hiring commences. The Company is not responsible for any parking charges, penalties, entrance fees, bridge tolls, congestion charges etc which are not included in the price unless otherwise agreed.

3. In the event that the hirer fails to pay the charges in full upon the driver’s request, the driver reserves the right to refuse carriage to the hirer and its passengers. The Company further reserves the right to debit the cost of the hire from the hirer’s credit card.

4. Additional charges will be levied at the prevailing rate for any extra costs incurred such as additional time, drink or damage howsoever caused or delay resulting from hiring the vehicle. These must be settled at the end of hiring but in any event the Company reserves the right to deduct such additional charges from the hirer’s credit card in the event of non-payment.

5. Any alterations made to the original paperwork by the customer, i.e. times and addresses, will incur an administration charge of £10 per alteration and must be agreed by the Company in writing. This may lead to further charges being levied.

6. The Company reserves the right to postpone or cancel the hire of the vehicle due to severe weather, adverse road conditions and severe traffic congestion euro tunnel closures or ferry strikes.

7. The Company may estimate the length of a journey but it does not guarantee the journey time and will not be liable for any admission charges, late arrival fees, cancellation fees or any such other charges, losses or liabilities caused by delay or late arrival.

8. The vehicles belonging to the Company are only insured for its drivers. No other person may drive the limousine under any circumstances.

9. The limousine driver will use his judgement to drive at reasonable speeds in relation to the prevailing road types and conditions. Under no circumstances will the driver break any provisions of the Road Traffic or other applicable legislation at the request of the hirer.

10. The Company reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal capacity in the event of mechanical or other failure if due to circumstances beyond its control, this is deemed necessary.

11. The Company will not be held liable for any financial or other loss in the event of mechanical failure. Although the Company strives to ensure its vehicles are regularly serviced, it cannot be held responsible should the vehicle develop a fault whilst carrying passengers.

12. The Company will undertake to transport a reasonable amount of luggage. If however in the judgement of the driver, the volume or weight is excessive, the Company reserves the right to refuse carriage of the said luggage. In addition the Company cannot assume any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to hirer’s property or luggage, howsoever such loss of damage is caused.

13. If a booking is cancelled, deposits taken at the time of booking are non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled within 28 days prior to the date of hire, the Company reserves the right to charge up to 75% of the total cost of hire. If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to the date of hire, the Company reserves the right to charge the full booking fee. The Company reserves the right to deduct all such fees from the hirer’s credit card.

14. The hirer will be held responsible for any and all damage to the limousines and their contents, either owned by the Company or other vehicles used by the Company, howsoever caused, by the hirer or their guests, or by 3rd parties, due to incitement by limousine passengers, to the value of £100, or the cost of the clean up/repair whichever is greater. This includes, but is not restricted to sickness and spillage stains, cigarette burns, fabric tears or excessive mess.

15. The hirer will be held responsible for the supervision of minors.

16. Smoking is forbidden in the limousine and the hirer and the passengers are requested to respect the signs in the vehicle pointing out this term. The Company reserves the right to terminate the hire immediately and eject its passengers if this term is breached, without refund.

17. The Company will not be held liable for the use or transportation of any illegal substances or articles within the limousines and any passenger doing so will have the contract terminated immediately and be ejected from the vehicle.

18. The hirer will be held responsible for the conduct of any and all passengers in the limousine at all times. Passengers must remain seated. Seat belts are provided and passengers are reminded that it is law to wear them. Any damage to the vehicle will be deducted from the hirer’s credit or debit card and an invoice issued.

19. The Company reserves the right to terminate any and all services to unruly and/or abusive passengers whether this behaviour is towards the driver or the public. The Company and its drivers reserve the right to refuse passage and/or the right to terminate the booking with immediate effect and eject the passengers if any person is deemed unfit to travel or any person that appears or is posing a danger or threat. If the hire is terminated as a result of behaviour or excessive drinking, the hirer will be responsible for the full hire charges.

20. It is the hirer(s) responsibility to pay for any and all additional time incurred due to inclement, weather or severe traffic congestion.

21. The Company shall not be liable to the hirer or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of its obligations in relation to the hire of the vehicle if the delay or failure is due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

22. Broken glasses will be charged at £5 each.

23. If the hirer has requested a ‘pick and drop’ service, we will collect and return to ONE address only. Any extra addresses will incur extra charges of £80 per hour, depending on locality. If not pre-booked with the office in advance then this will be entirely at the driver’s discretion.

24. Passengers may only consume drink supplied by the Company. We reserve the right to charge a ‘corkage’ fee for consumption of any alcoholic drinks supplied by the hirer and/or the passengers.

25. The hirer shall indemnify and keep the Company indemnified against any and all proceedings, claims, damages, losses, expenses or liabilities which it may incur or sustain in the course of providing the vehicle to the hirer and its passengers.

26. The Company accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any indirect, special or consequential loss or other damages howsoever caused or any liability arising from the provision of the vehicle or any delay hereunder except in the case of personal injury or death caused solely by the Company’s negligence.

27. In any event, the Company’s liability hereunder shall be limited to the amount of the hire charge payable to the Company.

28. If the whole or party of any of these terms and conditions shall be held void or unenforceable by any court or competent authority such condition or the relevant part thereof (as the case may be) shall be deleted and the remaining conditions or part of such condition shall continue in full force and effect.

29. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any proceedings arising hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
