Just a few lines to record my thanks for all you and your staff did for us last Saturday.

Especially, I would like to thank the driver for the efforts he made to ensure that the evening went well. The level of service and politeness given, in all aspects, was more than adequate. This, considering some quite horrible conditions in London, in spite of which, he still managed to get us to the theatre on time. Once again, thank you for your service given.
